However, successful Performance Marketing also hinges on the relationships forged between Advertisers and Affiliates. By tapping into our extensive contacts and standing within the Affiliate community, we will then advise one of three approaches:

‘Open’ Network Management

Managing affiliates through networks often requires dedicated resource. We have extensive experience managing clients’ programmes through single or multiple affiliate networks and the commercial and operational dynamics involved.

‘Closed’ Network Management

A closed programme can be attractive for Advertisers when a finite group of suppliers control the majority of traffic in a sector. Therefore, Advertisers may choose to work with them as opposed to the wider ‘long tail’.

‘In-house’ Network Management

Some advertisers feel that technology has become commoditised and therefore feel more comfortable hosting their own programmes. This is entirely possible, but only as long as the skill and experience is available to manage the programmes properly. Many of our clients who have invested in their own infrastructure, do however rely on us for its delivery.
